The first of three collaborative efforts between Nike and Korean Streetwear giant Kasina saw a release on the 18th of September. Dubbed the ‘Road Sign’ due to the colourway resembling those in Kasina’s hometown, Seoul, the duos sneaker is sure to be a fan favourite.
The upper comes dressed in a traditional Dunk colour scheme, a mostly white upper with coloured panelling. The panels come not only in teal green but also made from a buttery suede to add some serious layers to the shoe. The heels of the silhouette feature the names of two South Korean cities, Busan and Seoul. A further nod to Kasina’s origins.
The icy sole houses the usual Nike Air cushioning to ensure comfort every time you pull on a pair. The much-loved perforated toe box also stars to give the silhouette the feel of a traditional Dunk.
With this being the first of three Dunks to release from the Nike x Kasina collaboration, they will no doubt be on everybody’s wishlist.
